We live in Ohio and my kids love minecraft. I’m tired of hearing that their stuff was blowup or greifed(?).
I’d like ot get them a server. I see your sale, but it isn’t working on your ordering page. Are you able to give me a call? *snip*
If not, we’ll just have to do this by emails.

A whitelist is the best way to prevent unauthorized users from accessing your server. For directions on enabling this, check out this guide we have available:

The order page should be fixed up now. It was broken for a couple hours while we upgraded the code to support sales on _every_ game.
Hi Eric – would you consider allowing time to be added to existing servers at the discounted rate?
When does this deal expire? Because I would like to jump on it, but my payment doesn’t expire until January.
